Important Note: The rules for all pay per view events is that there is a Three Roleplay/Promo Limit for each person in every match. As we believe that the pay per views here is a time when everyone can show their best work. The deadline for promos is March 14, 2008 At 11:59 P.M. The scene opens with Seth Classic who is at Indianapolis, near the Conseco Fieldhouse arena. He has a microphone in his hand and an NBA Camera man following him.
Seth: It's Seth Jordan, your man about town, letting you all know that NBA Resurgence is right around the corner. One of the biggest matches involves a loser by the name of Matt Monroe and your hero, your NBA Surge Color Commentator, the one and only, Mr. Entertainment Seth Jordan! HAHA!
Seth sees a couple passing by. He motions for the cameraman to follow him. He steps in front of them and quickly begins to ask them questions.
Seth: So are you hicks from the area?
Man: Whuh?
Seth: Exactly! Let me just ask you one question. Who do you think will win the No DQ match beteen Boring Matt Monroe and Me....Mr. Entertainment?
Man: I duh nooo.
Lady: I think that Matt Monroe is.....
Before the lady can finish her response, Seth pulls the microphone away.
Seth: ....Is going to lose!!! I knew you were going to say that so I finished the sentence for you maam. Well, there you have it.
Lady: I wasn't going to say that! Wait a cotton pickin minute!
Seth: You do that skank, as for me, I'm going to resurgence to show Matt Monroe that the EXPERIENCE....is over.
Seth pushes away the couple and walks away as the scene comes to a close.

Just wanted everyone to know that I am extending the deadline to March 16, at 9:00 A.M, Eastern Time. I want everyone to enjoy their time here, and not see this as work, but as something they can enjoy doing. I understand that a lot of you have been quite busy of late in the real world, and that is more than understandable. So take your time, and bring your best promos  However, we will be posting the results in the new site, hopefully, by the 20th, which is two days earlier than what we originally planned to be there, so if you haven't registered your account there, or posted your profile yet, please do so. Matt: The New Society? Of what, losers?
I wonder at first, "What have I stumbled upon, coming into the NBA?" I got one of the worst beatings of my life a few weeks ago on Surge. It doesn't help that we were outnumbered. I'm at home, looking at the scar on my forehead, and everytime I do, my motivation level goes to an all time high. I just got out of the shower after a long day of training. All I have on is my black sweatpants, and black sandals. The white towel hangs around my neck. But Seth Jordan, will "Experience" my hands around his at Resurgence. They might as well have called it Retribution, because I am aiming at getting me some.
Matt: Seth, it's going to be a No DQ match at Resurgence. I may be new here in the NBA, but I am no dummy. You know that you can't take me, one on one. I expect one or maybe two of your New Society comrades to interfere. But that's okay Seth, cause I won't be alone either. So you bring down The Chase Twins. You can bring down Saint Omen, Ian Mason, or whoever else you want. I...will...be...ready.
Seth Jordan calls himself Mr. Entertainment, but to me he is as entertaining as a funeral parlor. He has been saying things about me since day one. He fancy's himself to be a Color Commentator/Wrestler, so he has seen enough action to know what he's doing in the ring. But I am THE EXPERIENCE. And what I plan on doing is giving the fans at Resurgence, the experience of a lifetime. I plan on giving them what they paid to see, and that is the beating that I dish out on poor old Seth.
It makes no difference. Whatever happened in the past, must be kept there. Now, it's time for payback. It's time to deliver. I walk away from the mirror momentarily. The phone rings, and I go to pick it up.
Matt: Hello?
The voice on the other line is Missy, my cousin. If there are two people I know I can count on in the NBA, it's her and Bevvy. Their last names are Monroe. I can feel the anger in her voice.
Missy: Matt, I'm ready to kick ass at Resurgence, are you?
Matt: What do you think? There's no way that I am going to let the New Society get the last word. There's no way. I am going to be successful in my match, and afterwards, I am keeping my eye open on every match that the New Society is involved in. And if they think about interfering in your match, in Jimmy's match, or in Ben's match, I am going to be there. But Missy, I think we might need to let Jimmy and Ben sort things out on their own. I'll be there to make sure that it doesn't get too out of hand, but it's been near impossible to seperate these two.
Missy: I know Matt. It's just....it really hurts to see Ben, who is like a brother to me, and Jimmy, the love of my life, fight each other. It isn't something I am looking forward to.
Matt: Don't worry Cuz, we'll sort this mess out eventually. But right now, you and I need to be focused on our matches.
Missy: Thanks, Matt. I'll call you later.
Matt: See you.
I hang up the phone, but it's as though everything I just said wasn't enough for my cousin. All I can do is say a prayer. I stare for a moment at the clock. Tick-tock, tick-tock. The time is drawing near. Resurgence is at hand. The Experience is on his way. As for this scene....it fades.
